Paris Baguette is a global bakery-café chain owned by South Korea's SPC Group, with over 4,500 locations worldwide. Founded in 1988 in Seoul, the French-inspired brand has grown into the number one bakery in South Korea and one of the most rapidly expanding bakery-café franchises in the world, with a presence spanning South Korea, the United States, Canada, China, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, France, and the United Kingdom.

In North America, Paris Baguette is headquartered in Bergen County, New Jersey, and led by CEO Darren Tipton. The brand first entered the U.S. market in 2005 and began franchising in 2015, growing to over 270 locations across 28 states. Paris Baguette has set an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 units across North America by 2030, with plans to expand into Mexico, Central America, and South America. The brand signed a record 163 new franchise agreements in 2024 and has seen 20 consecutive quarters of positive sales in North America.

Bakers undergo extensive training and arrive between midnight and 3 a.m. to ensure everything is freshly prepared for guests. To support its continued growth, Paris Baguette is investing $160 million in a new 260,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Burleson, Texas, its first production facility in North America, expected to begin operations in 2027 and create 450 jobs.
