
Project Overview
Ramos Industries partnered directly with celebrity Dr. Ryan Osborne for the Osborne Head & Neck Institute project. This engagement involved comprehensive exterior and some interior glazing work, enhancing the facility with modern glass and framing systems. The project focused on delivering a professional and functional aesthetic for the institute.
Scope of Work
Ramos Industries supplied and installed an Arcadia 2” X 4-1/2” offset glazed system, featuring GW 1” insulated tempered glass with low E for energy efficiency. The scope included storefront framing, storefront doors, and Arcadia multi sliders. Additionally, the team installed both FHC cable railing and FHC aluminum railing systems, along with aluminum panels.
Site Conditions & Challenges
The project primarily involved exterior work, with storefronts installed on both the west and east elevations of the building. Despite the extensive scope, the project proceeded without any major challenges, demonstrating efficient execution.
Results
The successful completion of the Osborne Head & Neck Institute project provided Dr. Ryan Osborne with a modern, professionally glazed facility. The installed systems contribute to the institute's aesthetic and functional requirements, showcasing Ramos Industries' expertise in commercial glazing.
