Ramos Industries fabricated, supplied, and installed a new exterior curtain wall system at the property's corner. This comprehensive replacement addressed the previous system's incorrect assembly and water intrusion issues. Glasswerks provided the high-quality glass for the new installation.

Site Conditions & Challenges

The project involved exterior work at the building entrance on Ventura Blvd. A primary challenge during framing was navigating existing scaffolding, which obstructed the typical open work area and required careful planning and execution.

Results

The successful installation of the new curtain wall system resolved the persistent water intrusion and structural deficiencies of the previous, improperly assembled facade. The property now benefits from a robust, weather-tight, and aesthetically improved exterior.
