Project Overview

Ramos Industries was brought on to complete a detailed glazing scope at First Financial Credit Union's Pasadena location. Working closely with the team at Brady, our work covered both interior and exterior systems, including the installation of premium glass railing, partitions, and custom skylight features.

Scope of Work

Glass railing installation: We provided and installed low iron laminated tempered glass and custom laminated Grass Glass to achieve a clean, modern finish across the open railing zones.
Interior glass office systems: Our team installed clear tempered glass into aluminum frames by others, along with frameless interior glass doors and clerestory openings. This included six frameless clerestory units to maximize daylight and maintain visual openness throughout the space. (55 total openings)
Storefront modifications: We modified four existing exterior storefronts to receive new doors, ensuring seamless integration with the existing envelope.
Skylight system: We furnished and installed a sloped glazing skylight using framing by Arcadia Inc., paired with insulated laminated glass to meet thermal and aesthetic goals.
Mirror installation: Two feature walls were clad in high-quality mirrors, expanding the sense of space while complementing the clean interior lines.
