Project Overview

At Ramos Industries, we are proud to showcase our recent project at Wilshire Courtyard, Suite 550, where we completed a significant tenant improvement for APM Music, a Sony Music Publishing Company, contracted by Onni Group. Our team focused on creating a modern and functional workspace that enhances both aesthetics and efficiency.

Scope of Work

• Interior office partitions: Installed top and bottom U channels in a sleek dark bronze anodized finish to provide a professional look and feel.
• Glass openings: 29 Glass Openings: A mix of: 1/2" Clear Tempered Glass, 5/8" Clear Tempered Laminated Glass, Mitered corners for a flawless, seamless finish that enhances the design's clean lines.
• Glass doors: Prepped with 1/2" Clear Tempered Glass and fitted with hydraulic patch fittings from FHC for smooth operation and durability.
