Scope of Work
- Window replacement: Removed 18 existing steel frame windows and installed new powder-coated steel frame windows. Installed laminated insulated glass spandrels to protect historic artwork.
- Swing stage setup: Established counterweight swing stage from roof, repositioned weekly during project progression. Maintained safety and efficiency standards throughout.
