Media Studios

Project Overview

Media Studios is a 19-acre, landscaped entertainment and media campus in the heart of Burbank, California. Ramos Industries Inc. was engaged to reset glass and re-caulk exterior joints across the campus to prevent water infiltration and maintain the structural integrity of the existing glazing. The work demanded meticulous attention to glass alignment and jobsite safety, re-establishing water-tight seal protection throughout the property.

Scope of Work

Ramos Industries reset and realigned glass across the 19-acre campus to correct movement and restore proper engagement in the frames, then re-caulked the exterior joints to re-establish a water-tight seal. Both operations demanded careful attention to alignment and jobsite safety, with the goal of stopping water infiltration and protecting the structural integrity of the building envelope.
