Commercial Glazing Services in Torrance, CA

Torrance runs on a wide commercial base, the Del Amo Fashion Center and its surrounding retail, the office and R&D parks along Hawthorne and Western, the auto-industry and aerospace campuses that anchor the South Bay, and the medical buildings clustered near the hospital district. Those facades take a beating from a sea-influenced South Bay environment, and Ramos Industries has glazed buildings like them across Los Angeles County since 1987. We install and replace aluminum storefront, window wall and curtain wall, structural-glass entrances, and commercial window systems, then back the work with written submittal packages. Two details drive the spec here: marine-layer moisture and airborne salt only a few miles off the coast, which calls for corrosion-resistant finishes, stainless fasteners, and disciplined weep and sealant detailing; and Title 24 U-factor and SHGC compliance to control solar heat gain. As a CA C-17 licensed glazing subcontractor (#1034872) with W-2 installers and warranty-backed work, Ramos gives Torrance general contractors and property managers a sub that holds the schedule, passes inspection, and detaileds for the coast the first time.
