Window wall systems differ from curtain wall in that they sit on top of the floor slab and tuck under the slab above, rather than hanging continuously off the building structure. This makes them cost effective for multifamily, hospitality, and commercial buildings where each floor can be glazed independently. We install window wall on new construction projects across California and Arizona.

Window wall is the right choice when the project schedule needs each floor glazed on its own dry in cycle, when the structural design favors floor by floor enclosure, or when the budget benefits from punched opening fabrication rather than continuous curtain wall framing.

Our scope covers shop drawings, fabrication coordination, on site installation, sealing and weatherproofing at the slab edge, and integration with adjacent storefront and curtain wall scopes. Glass selections include insulated low e units, laminated security glazing for ground floor exposure, and ceramic frit patterns where the architect calls for solar control or visual screening.

We most often deliver window wall on hospitality, multifamily residential, and mid rise commercial projects. The slab to slab attachment detail is critical for thermal continuity, fire stopping, and acoustic performance, and we coordinate closely with the GC and the firestopping subcontractor at every floor line.
